After that big companies (as British Airways and Virgin Atlantic) discovered the easy concept of marketing through some famous social internet networks such as Facebook or Myspace, the own employees of the companies had known how to advertise in a funny pattern those brands in the same mode but with a different aim.
There has been observed different cases where were rumors that seriously discredited their dealings with the costumers, as well as their internal political image. Bad taste jokes and direct attacks against costumers every time the emplyees had a bad day have been openly published. So, from now on, the companies human resources managers try to find solutions to prevent this kind of bad marketing that damage the company brand, the same brand that cost big amounts of money to mantain.
