Companies apply different methods of promotion, to publicize their products. The most common are commercials on television and radio and advertisements at newspapers,magazines,internet and billboards. These forms of promotional benefit to businesses and consumers, as companies get increased profits to be better known and consumer can see a greater choice of products to buy.
A part of these , companies may choose other types of promotion such as word of mouth and sandwich boards. These methods involves no cost to the company unlike all previous mass media ones.
