The companies have some types of forms to promote their products or his brand one of them is the marketing (is one way of doing business through the satisfaction of the needs and requirements of customers and consumers), other way is the advertising (is an a communicative activity whose purpose is to persuade, convince or seduce the public to a certain consumer goods, service or idea), another kind is the promotional tools (encompasses four ways: advertising, public relations, sales promotion, personal selling or direct marketing).

The marketing: is the use of tools to the satisfaction of customers by which you pretend design a product, put a price, choose the distribution channels, for present a product who satisfy the customer needs. These tools are known as the four P’s: product, place, promotion and price. On the other hand the marketing process consists of several stages: they collect and analyze information about the size of a potential market, about consumers, and so on. The next stage is usually the marketing mix in which they use the four P’s. After the third stages is the execution of the marketing program and the last stage is the control in where they value the degree of fulfillment of the objectives.

The advertising: is a method by which the enterprises inform to the consumers about the existence and benefits of products and services, and attempts to persuade them to buy them. The best form of advertising is probably when people tell their friends about the benefits of products or services that they have purchased. Is usually that companies gives to agency the advertising. The agency create advertisements and develops a media plan specifying which media (newspaper, magazines, radio, television, poster, etc), agencies often produce some ads or commercials, and distribute it in different parts of a country. On the other hand the advertising is a method very expensive and always is problematic because excessive advertising is counter-productive because they can produce irritation after too many exposures.

The promotional tools: Is some tools used to promote products and brands. Is usually use the advertising, the public relation (in where his job is concerned which maintaining, improving or protecting the image of the company or product), the sales promotion (is a free sample gave to consumers to stimulate their buy), and the personal selling or direct marketing (is the most expensive promotional tool, and is only used sparingly. This method has many problems the biggest is that buyer would not please the worker).
