Heads of British Airlines and Virgin Atlantic have complained about some comments make by the employees criticizing the conditions of their own aeroplanes and the passengers. These comments were published on Facebook, My Blog and Twitter, which can be useful to improve the publicity, but they can also damage themselves. Inside this two airlines there are departments where any employee can express their complaints. The heads want to supervise all comments before hanging them online.
