In October, both airlines realized that certain members of their cabin crew
had been posting inappropriate comments about their clients; the staff also carried out jokes about the state of the airplanes. Virgin Atlantic has an internal channel where his staff can vent his frustration.

The specialist thinks that this kind of nets help to intensify the spread of the information, But in some other cases, there are people who take advantage of this situation to make a wrong use it.
